TAFNEL®

TAFNEL® Oil Blotter

Made in Japan

TAFNEL® Oil Blotter is a needle-punched nonwoven fabric made from polypropylene. It offers excellent oil absorption and strength and is available in various forms for quick oil recovery.

Why TAFNEL® ?

Do not sink in the water

Because the material has a specific gravity of 0.9,
it does not sink in water.

Barely absorb water

The polypropylene fiber material has excellent oleophilic
(oil-attracting) and hydrophobic (water-repelling) properties.

Excellent Dimensional Stability

Made from continuous long fibers in a spunbond nonwoven fabric,
it offers superior strength. Also, since no adhesives are used,
there is no sticky feeling during handling.

When incinerated, No toxic gas release

The incineration temperature is approximately 910°C,
similar to that of kerosene or light oil.
Please handle according to the condition of the oil.
